What We Do With Their Voice

We listen, briefly: The app hears your child read so it can tell which words they managed. Then it's gone: The recording is deleted immediately — we don't keep it, not even for a day. Only the words remain: What's stored is a simple list of which words they read and which ones were tricky.

What We Never Do

Never used for training: Your child's voice and their reading are never used to build or improve anything. Never sold or shared: We don't sell data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't pass it to anyone else. No ads, ever: Your child will never see an advertisement in a chapter, and nothing in the app is trying to sell them something. Nothing to click away from: There are no links out, no other apps, and nowhere else for them to end up.

What You'll Hear From Us

A short note each night: After each session you get a message about how it went. In plain English: The sounds they're getting the hang of, the words still giving them trouble — no percentages, no grades. Something to say at breakfast:Enough detail that you can tell them you know they read about the door in the hillside.

Leaving Is Easy

Cancel any time from your account, in a couple of taps, with nobody asking you why. Everything about your child goes with it. We'd rather you stay because it's working for your family than because it was difficult to leave.
